Dawson's Baptism

Well this week was pretty good. Dawson got baptized. He is a pretty cool kid from Georgia, and he was here visiting his mom. We have taught him for a couple weeks but he is leaving pretty soon to go back to GA. He's a bright kid who thinks way too much (haha), and asks some interesting questions. But its all good. We got to play a little basketball with him Wednesday night and he got baptized on Saturday. He didn't fix his hair when he got up so it was pretty crazy at the baptism and then after he got dunked and changed back, his hair still looked the same....not sure how that happened. Also, Sunday we went to the Mission President's Fireside in Tempe and that was pretty cool. There were some testimonies from some people who recently joined the Church and one of our Zone Leaders sang a solo and then we got to hear the Mission President and his wife speak.  President Toone is taaaall. He's 7 feet so when he is on the stand he just looks huge! But it was a good meeting and made a good end to the week. We have one more week until transfers so things might be changing pretty soon!
